Information pursuant to Articles 26 and 28 of
the Data Act<\/h3>

Information provided by RX-WATERTEC GmbH, Kreativpark Karlsruhe, Alter Schlachthof 47, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany, pursuant to Articles 26 and 28 of Regulation (EU) 2023\/2854 (the \u201cData Act\u201d) regarding the data processing service VUE.RX<\/p>

1. Switching Providers and Data Portability (Art. 26 of the Data Act)<\/strong>
Customers of VUE.RX may switch to another provider or transfer their data to their own ICT infrastructure at any time. Details are governed by the General Terms and Conditions (Part B, Section IV, \u00a7 8) and Annex 1 thereto.<\/p>

Available Transfer Methods:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Complete data export on request: Upon request to support@rx-watertec.com, RX-WATERTEC shall promptly generate a complete export of all exportable data (normalized and stored measurement values, master and configuration data) <\/strong>\u2013 free of charge.<\/strong><\/li>
  • MQTT data interface: Continuous, machine-readable retrieval of current measurement data via the MQTT broker provided by RX-WATERTEC (TLS), including for direct transfer to a new provider \u2013 free of charge.<\/strong><\/li>
  • Self-service export: Export of historical measurement data, alarms and reports directly within the VUE.RX portal.<\/strong><\/li>
  • Assisted migration: Support with export and migration to the extent described in the General Terms and Conditions.<\/strong><\/strong>

    Available Data Formats:<\/strong><\/p>

    JSON (RFC 8259), CSV (RFC 4180), Excel; location data as GeoJSON (RFC 7946, WGS84); timestamps in accordance with ISO 8601 (UTC); real-time provision via MQTT 3.1.1\/5.0 (OASIS standard); reports as PDF.<\/p>

    Known Limitations:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Historical measurement data is available within the contractually agreed retention period; data predating this period is no longer available.<\/li>
    • Data processed exclusively within third-party environments (e.g., radio network operators) is subject to the export and format limitations of those third parties.<\/li>
    • Large-scale exports may be staggered over time or provided in partial deliveries in order to safeguard platform operations.<\/li>
    • Import into the target environment depends on that environment\u2019s technical capabilities and data model; RX-WATERTEC bears no responsibility in this regard.<\/li><\/ul>
