Green Building

RX-WATERTEC is supporting Konrad Städtler GmbH on its way to becoming a green building and is taking over the digital planning and technology to ensure that the responsible use of rainwater is taken into account from the outset.
The focus is on using intelligent systems to optimize the use of resources such as rainwater and make it trouble-free. Advanced measuring, control and monitoring solutions not only optimize the use of rainwater, but also take into account the prevention of operational disruptions caused by heavy rainfall events.

A rainwater park with function
More information
In the rainwater park of ZG Raiffeisen Baustoffe Rastatt GmbH & Co. KG, planners, landscape architects and interested parties can compare different irrigation systems live. To date, it is the first and only project of its kind in Germany. Stephan Falk is the visionary initiator of the park and the pioneering project, which represents a sustainable urban future in which technological innovation and ecological responsibility go hand in hand.
RX-WATERTEC is responsible for the digital planning and technology for the measurement and monitoring solution for the filter substrate channels and one of the tree quarters.

Sustainable water management

With the research project “Integrated digitization of drinking water supply” (InDigWa for short), the Fraunhofer Institute IAO aims to promote local innovation and urban development in order to create sustainable cities. A new type of drainage concept, in which RX-WATERTEC created the digital part on behalf of HAURATON, provides for the purification and storage of rainwater. It is then used automatically to irrigate trees and green facades as required. The sewage system is relieved and drinking water can be saved!
